Q: How do I check the status of my order?
Once a order is placed, please allow up to 3 business days so your order can be processed. Our fulfilment warehouses will pack your ordered item(s) and ship the packages(s) as soon as possible. When your order is sent for shipping, you will receive a tracking number to with your order. If a order needs to be tracked you can visit our website at any time and see the status of your order via the tracking number provided. If you do not receive a order tracking number or did not find any updates under our order status page after 5 business days, then please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue and get back to you as soon as we can.
Q: How long does shipping takes?
Our warehouses are located around the world. For all orders within the United Kingdom & United States, it will normally take 14 – 21 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 30 days for delivery.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we certainly do! We now ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us.
Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
Yes! We use SSL security technology to ensure all of your personal information is encrypted. We never store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
Q: How do I order on your website?
Its so simple! Find the product or products you would like to purchase and simply click the ‘Add To Cart’ Button. On Cart & Checkout page simply fill out your shipping and billing information and we’ll have your order shipping to you as soon as possible!
Q: Does Auto Car Clean provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
YES! If you for what ever reason do not like the product or find damages to your purchased products contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us via our contact page form and we will get it addressed resolved asap!
Q: Do you offer a refund if I don't like the product?
YES! at Auto Car Clean we offer our customers a full refund on your order if you don’t like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for further details.
